Mental Fitness

Do you consider your mental fitness along with your physical? I know we all love to work out and plan gym sessions with our friends, but along with working out for our physical health, our mental health also needs help. Do things that relax you mentally. If it’s hanging out with friends, family, visiting gardens or parks, going for a stroll, meditating, watching some tv, volunteering or even catching up on your school work to calm your anxiety, make sure you do those things. Personally, i relax my mind by listening to calming music, doodling, reading interesting books, journaling, volunteering around animals, and talking to my family.
