The Plaster Museum of Bluemont Heritage, located in Bluemont partnered with Native American co-founders of Sanctuary on the Trail to host a new Native Voices Exhibit. Everyone is invited to Bluemont, Virginia to visit this exhibit that is dedicated to celebrating the history, culture, and contributions of Indigenous, Native American communities in the area – then and now.
"This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to learn, reflect, and honor the rich heritage of the first stewards of this land," said René Locklear White (Lumbee Indian), Sanctuary on the Trail co-founder. "Whether you are a history enthusiast, student, teacher, or someone eager to know more, there's something for everyone."
