Windy Hill Foundation provides safe, decent, and affordable housing to low- and lower-income individuals, families, and the elderly in Loudoun and Fauquier Counties and encourages self-improvement and self-sufficiency among their residents.

Windy Hill is proud to have a dedicated, energetic group of volunteers who give their time and generous spirit to the residents of Windy Hill. Volunteer efforts are as diverse as providing assistance with their annual Gala, which brings in nearly half of Windy Hill’s yearly budget, to helping elementary school students with their math homework or cooking meals for seniors. Windy Hill counts on others to help fulfill their mission!
