Getting Your Permit & License Checklist
Today I’m going to be breaking down the complicated process of getting your permit/license through a couple simple steps.
Permit
Practice, practice, practice! While there are many online resources and your school will provide you with many ways to study, if you ever need an easy way to practice on the go this app has helped many of my friends get their permit and pass th test.
Study the driving laws of Virginia.
If you’d like to speed up the process, you could also enroll in an accelerated driving school where you could join a condensed learning session.

DURING THE EXAM
Make sure your mirrors are adjusted so that you have the most convenient view
Keep your windows cracked open
Make it obvious when you are checking your mirrors
Extra
Remember to bring your permit, car registration, car insurance, a driver who is 25+ years old
Search up “Virginia DMV” on youtube to watch videos to gain knowledge and insight for preparation for your tests!
