Satisfying Your Sweet Tooth

I always get random sweet tooth cravings throughout the week, but it's important for me to stay healthy and watch how much sugar I consume. So here are some of my favorite healthy desert options!!

  1. Fresh Fruit : This ones a pretty easy option but you can alter it to all your favorite fruits. Mango and strawberries are my go to!

  2. Rice cakes with banana and peanut butter/nutella. If you don’t like rice cakes you could also substitute it for toast or graham crackers.

  3. Green grapes with lime and sugar. These taste exactly like sour patch kids and are so easy to make! Just coat your grapes with lime or lemon with sugar and freeze them.

  4. Homemade sorbet. This is super easy to make too. Just blend your favorite frozen fruit with greek yogurt and some honey.

  5. Tru Fru. This is my favorite. Chocolate covered strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries always hit.

These are my five go to remedies to cure a sweet tooth craving while staying healthy! I hope you try them out and love them as much as I do.
